When VictaFlow set out to build MediaFlow, our goal was simple: design and engineer a flat, high-visibility, action-driven digital signage scheduling platform that minimizes cognitive load and allows admins to push media to active screens in under three clicks.
The Operational Heartbeat Dashboard
The Operational Heartbeat Dashboard is a real-time control center for operational metrics, surpassing basic analytics. It features a Device Status Hub for insights on online devices and disconnected hardware. The Schedule Overview displays live metrics for active campaigns and transitions, with an automatic logic checker to prevent runtime conflicts. Media Library Insights offer visibility into resource usage across active assets. The Black Box Audit Trail monitors key user actions, keeping multi-admin teams aligned.
A Dual-Path Scheduling Engine
MediaFlow’s Dual-Path Scheduling Engine improves media distribution by supporting different working styles. Admins can use the Shortcuts Path to select media assets from the library for scheduling or the Central Control Path to set custom rules via the Schedules screen, using a wizard-style workflow to attach media and target devices. Both paths employ Progressive Disclosure Parameters, adapting input screens based on the schedule type, whether for loops, one-time events, or weekly recurrences.
The Comprehensive Flat Device Zone Model
We eliminated confusing nested folder hierarchies for a flat organizational structure based on Device Zones. Physical screens pair instantly with a six-digit code and are assigned to company zones like Lobby & Reception, Breakrooms, or Cafeteria & Dining. During scheduling, admins can target an entire zone with one click or select individual hardware. A quick-filter allows admins to bypass offline screens, pushing content only to devices online, while queuing media for offline streams to sync when they reconnect.

Document Data Extraction
Enterprise document processing is plagued by manual transcription, fragmented formats, and unsearchable data storage. Valuable insights remain locked inside millions of unstructured files, from scanned PDF receipts and legacy Word agreements to complex multi-sheet Excel spreadsheets.
With DocFlow, VictaFlow built an intelligent, end-to-end AI document extraction and semantic search platform. DocFlow parses any incoming file format, extracts structured key-value pairs with high precision, and makes the entire corporate library immediately searchable using conversational natural language.
Ingestion & Organization: The Unified DocList
To resolve the issue of format fragmentation, we developed the DocList interface to serve as a centralized digital staging ground. Instead of forcing users into chaotic nested folder directories, the DocList presents a flat, high-performance datagrid where files of any format—whether a multi-page PDF, a scanned PNG, or a Word file—can be dragged, dropped, and auto-ingested. The interface displays real-time, quiet status badges indicating whether a file is scanning, parsing, or fully parsed, providing a reassuring view of system operations without flooding administrators with technical alerts.
High-Fidelity Validation: Split-Screen Extraction
To close the OCR trust gap, we developed a visual verification pipeline within the Extraction Engine. When users access a document from the DocList, they see a responsive split-screen workspace: the original document on the left, and AI-extracted fields as editable inputs on the right. When an admin hovers over any data point on the right, like a total balance or vendor name, the corresponding bounding box on the original document is highlighted. This verification loop removes administrative uncertainty and enables quick manual adjustments before the data is processed.
Contextual Discovery: Semantic AI Search
To overcome traditional keyword limits, we introduced a conversational AI Search interface that acts as a semantic discovery hub. This system comprehends the context, structure, and content of your document library, enabling users to pose natural language queries (e.g., "What was our software licensing expenditure in the last quarter?") for immediate synthesis and responses. Instead of directing users to a large file download, the AI Search extracts and presents the precise sentences or paragraphs with answers, highlighting the source file in the DocList for easy verification with a click.
